Complimentary Consultation: Begin with a free 20-minute consultation to see if we’re the perfect fit to bring your vision to life.
Love Story Session: After booking, we’ll schedule a 1-2 hour virtual meeting to dive into your love story, discuss meaningful elements for your ceremony, and plan vows, readings, traditions, or any personal touches you’d like to include.
Wedding Day Preparation: I’ll collaborate with your wedding planner, coordinator, and DJ (or sound provider) to ensure seamless execution. I’ll review your wedding day timeline, including the processional order and announcements for before and after the ceremony.
Touch Base Meeting: The week of your wedding, we’ll reconnect to finalize details and ensure everything is perfect for your big day.
Ceremony Duration: Ceremonies are designed to last 20-30 minutes. (Longer ceremonies and additional meetings are available for an additional cost.)
